1. Content Creation Process

PrepVolt questions, explanations, and articles are created through a combination of:

  1. AI-assisted drafting: We use AI language models (including Google Gemini 2.5 Pro) to generate initial drafts of questions and explanations.
  2. Human editorial review: Every piece of AI-generated content is reviewed, fact-checked, and approved by a named human editor or subject-matter specialist before publication. AI drafts are never published without human review.
  3. Source citation: Where facts, statistics, or official data are cited, sources are noted in the content or verified against official documents.

2. Accuracy Standards

We aim for 100% accuracy in all questions and solutions. Despite our best efforts, errors can occur. We treat corrections as urgent and commit to a 7-day resolution SLAfor verified factual errors.
