AI Policy

Last updated: 1 April 2025

1. AI Tools We Use

PrepVolt uses AI language models to assist in content creation. Our primary AI tool is Google Gemini 2.5 Pro, which we use to:

  • Draft practice questions across subjects and difficulty levels
  • Generate initial solution explanations
  • Create article outlines and editorial summaries

2. Human Review is Mandatory

No AI-generated content is published on PrepVolt without human review. Every question, explanation, and article drafted by AI is reviewed and approved by a named member of the PrepVolt Editorial Team or a subject-matter specialist before it appears on the site.

Our human review process checks for:

  • Factual accuracy and correctness of the answer
  • Alignment with the official exam syllabus
  • Appropriate difficulty level
  • Clear, unambiguous language
  • Absence of bias, harmful content, or hallucinations

3. AI Disclosure

We are transparent about our use of AI. This policy is our standing disclosure. Where individual pieces of content are primarily AI-drafted (even after human review), we may include an explicit label.

4. Reporting AI Errors

If you find a factual error in PrepVolt content, please report it to corrections@prepvolt.com. We will review and correct verified errors within 7 days. AI errors are treated with the same urgency as human errors.

5. Data Privacy & AI

We do not send user personal data or quiz attempt data to AI models. AI is only used for content creation, not for personalisation or user-facing inference.

6. Policy Updates

As AI capabilities and our usage evolve, we will update this policy. Material changes will be announced on the site.
